Job summary

Gate One is seeking experienced Principals and Senior Managers in the UK to lead major client engagements focused on customer-led growth and marketing transformation. You will build trusted relationships with CMOs and senior stakeholders, grow key accounts, and shape opportunities across brand, creative, media and experience.

You will also contribute to practice development, mentor junior colleagues, and help elevate market presence with flexible working arrangements and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience at a recognised firm (Principal/Senior Manager level).
• Proven track record leading complex customer strategy and marketing transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead major, complex client engagements focused on customer-led growth and marketing transformation.
• Build trusted senior client relationships with CMOs, CXOs and other executives.
• Grow key accounts and shape opportunities connecting strategy, customer experience, marketing and broader capabilities.
• Play a leadership role in growing and shaping the firm’s market presence, including cross-team collaboration.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to practice development and internal initiatives.
