Vector Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance how business and technical teams shape and deliver change on a 2-year fixed-term contract in the UK. You will work across transformation projects including a new self-service portal, an HR system rollout and the introduction of new data tooling.

You will establish effective business analysis standards, translate business needs into clear delivery requirements and support Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with experience in business and technical transformation
• Ability to translate business needs into clear delivery requirements
• Experience supporting Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement

Responsabilités

• Build relationships across the organisation from operational teams through to C-suite stakeholders
• Lead discovery workshops to understand business problems, user needs and project objectives
• Capture, analyse and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery artefacts
• Map as-is and to-be processes, identifying where technology, automation and AI could improve services
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers
• Manage business analysis activity across several projects running in parallel
• Challenge unclear requirements and ensure proposed solutions address the underlying business need
• Establish practical business analysis standards, templates and ways of working
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and delivery planning
