Job summary

Bibby Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Transformation Team in Banbury or Manchester. The role focuses on enabling change by collaborating with product owners, scrum teams, and stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and ensure solutions are designed and embedded.

In an agile environment, you will support TOM development, maintain traceability, and drive measurable business outcomes through effective analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience in business process design and requirements elicitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise process mapping and project management tools.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Scrum Teams.

Responsibilities

• Refine and prioritise backlog items aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit user stories, acceptance criteria and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Support design of Target Operating Models and process maps.
• Document requirements in Agile formats (user stories, epics, flows).
• Drive data-informed decision making and traceability from objectives to outcomes.
