Job summary

EY in Belfast is seeking a senior Transformation Architecture leader in the Energy & Utilities sector to steer end-to-end transformations for clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shaping strategies and delivering sustainable outcomes at scale.

You’ll drive business development, engage with boards and executives, and craft innovative solutions that grow EY’s market presence while maintaining quality and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive energy sector experience in Ireland or internationally.
• Proven delivery of complex projects within energy markets.
• Track record leading strategic or sustainability programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management including Board/C-suite.
• Business development and client relationship experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong commercial experience within the energy sector in Ireland or internationally.
• Build trusted client relationships that drive long-term value and sustainable outcomes.
• Leverage your own network to develop and strengthen client relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Create high-quality client deliverables and act as a subject matter specialist across energy areas.
• Apply your expertise to shape innovative solutions to complex client challenges.
• Deliver clear and concise communication to internal and external stakeholders, including facilitating workshops and delivering presentations.
• Lead, manage and empower multidisciplinary teams across complex engagements.
• Develop thought leadership that supports business development, engagement delivery and EY’s market profile within the energy sector.
• Build strong internal relationships across service lines and competencies to bring the best of EY’s capabilities to clients.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes and champion quality and risk management across engagements.
• Act as a role model for Quality & Risk Management (QRM), ensuring project teams understand and comply with EY standards and guidelines.
