Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation to lead complex programmes across Belfast or Derry/Londonderry. You will shape finance operating models, drive automation, and deliver measurable benefits for diverse clients.

You will build strong client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and pursue new opportunities while guiding disciplined project delivery and value realisation across Northern Ireland and beyond.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation programmes across strategy, design, implementation and benefits realisation.
Experience in finance operating models, process improvement, shared services, budgeting and planning, performance management and finance reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of Finance Transformation programmes from strategy through operating model design and benefits realisation.
Advise clients on finance process optimisation, shared services, GBS, performance management, automation and finance technology solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand engagements across EY practices.
Drive business development activities, including proposition development, proposals and sales pursuits.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to enhance client solutions and service offerings.
Ensure programmes deliver measurable business benefits and sustainable outcomes.
