Job summary
EY in Northern Ireland invites a Manager to join the Finance Transformation practice in Belfast or Derry/Londonderry. You will lead client delivery on Finance transformation programmes, design operating models, drive automation, and help clients reimagine Finance through digital enablement.
You will mentor junior staff, develop business opportunities, and contribute to practice growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes.
- Strong expertise in Finance Process Improvement, reporting, automation, and operating models.
- Experience across core Finance processes and stakeholder management.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- Experience with finance technologies and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Finance Transformation projects across industries within timelines and budgets.
- Support design and implementation of operating models, automation, and digital finance solutions.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Build client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Lead and develop junior team members and promote a collaborative culture.
