Meraki Talent is recruiting an experienced Transfers & Tax Analyst to join the Operations Oversight team for an established wealth and investment management business in London.

You will oversee client transitions, asset transfers, UK/US tax reporting and oversight of outsourced service providers, working with front-office and custodians to ensure efficient operations and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in investment operations, wealth management or related financial services.
• Knowledge of UK client transitions and asset transfers.
• Strong understanding of UK and US tax reporting requirements.
• Experience with external custodians or outsourced service providers.
• Proven ability to produce meaningful management information.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage client transitions and investment asset transfers.
• Coordinate UK and US tax reporting activities and liaise with providers.
• Oversee outsourced operational arrangements with custodians and service providers.
• Develop management information, dashboards and governance reports.
