Job summary

PwC in London is seeking a Manager to join the OpTP/CbCR team, delivering transfer pricing and country-by-country reporting excellence for financial services clients. You will design and challenge TP processes, supervise workstreams, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed efficient tax and finance workflows.

You should have experience with UK TP legislation, DPT awareness, and a track record mentoring colleagues, while keeping client trust at the forefront of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK transfer pricing rules and DPT.
• Experience in designing and improving tax/finance processes.
• Mentoring and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with financial services clients to address TP challenges and implement improvements.
• Prepare and review CbCR and ensure OECD guideline compliance.
• Contribute to transformation programmes integrating TP into tax/finance workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and develop Operational TP expertise.
• Engage with clients to build trust and satisfaction.
