Job summary

Hargreaves Lansdown is seeking a Transfers Associate to manage and oversee the efficient transfer of client assets into and out of the company’s management. You will work with clients, advisers, custodians, platforms, and investment providers to ensure accurate, compliant transfers within service standards.

The role promotes teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement of processes, in line with HL values.

Qualifications

• Have worked in a fast-moving environment, with a proven ability to work to the highest possible standards of accuracy and service.

Responsibilities

• Process client transfers in and out of the business across a range of investment products and accounts.
• Monitor transfer progress and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transfer activities and communications.
• Liaise with clients, advisers, custodians, platforms, fund managers, and third-party providers.
• Provide regular updates on transfer status and expected completion timelines.
• Respond to transfer-related enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to ensuring all relevant controls are robust, operated effectively and fully documented
• Ensuring team processes are reliable and effective
• Taking part in wider department projects when opportunities arise
