Job summary

Fundment is seeking a Transfers Associate to manage client transfer requests and apply proceeds across wrappers on our investment platform within a fast-growing operations team. You will ensure accuracy and timely processing of transfers while supporting adviser inquiries.

You will perform reconciliations, liaise with financial institutions, and collaborate with the technical team to improve efficiency and adviser experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in financial services transfers/operations or similar.
• Strong understanding of UK financial services regulatory environment.
• Understanding of tax wrappers.
• Excellent communication with ability to explain complex processes.
• Finance degree or related field; IOC qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of investment platforms desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform daily reconciliations and account/compliance checks.
• Handle high-volume calls and emails to resolve adviser queries.
• Liaise with financial institutions to facilitate transfers.
• Collaborate with the tech team to improve transfer processes and administration.
