Job summary

People’s Partnership in Crawley is seeking a Member Services Technician to support regulatory and compliance activities within Transfers. You will monitor changes, prepare trustee reports, and assist with testing while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires detail orientation, strong planning, and excellent communication as you liaise with compliance and technical teams. A hybrid working model and a range of employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment requiring excellent planning to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
• Keen eye for detail with good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and keep Transfers processes compliant and efficient.
• Act as the technical and compliance query expert and document solutions for clarity.
• Own regulatory controls: review/attest processes, sign off tests, lead due diligence.
• Promote continuous improvement, share knowledge, coach peers and embed TCF culture.
