• Experience tracking regulatory changes and updating processes accordingly.
• Excellent planning and deadline management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Good knowledge of pension legislation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes affecting Transfers and keep processes compliant and efficient.
• Be the go-to expert for technical and compliance queries across internal teams.
• Own key regulatory controls—reviewing, attesting processes, and leading due diligence across projects.
• Promote continuous improvement and embed Treating Customers Fairly in all activities.
