Veolia ES (UK) in Birstall, Leeds is recruiting for a site operative to operate plant equipment used in waste handling, sorting and transferring. You will keep the yard clean and marshal vehicle movement during busy periods, supporting the Operations Manager in daily site operations.

• Essential: Good communication skills.
• Essential: Be able to work as part of a team.
• Essential: Follow instructions, policies and procedures
• Desirable: Loading Shovel and/or 360 Grab licence
• Desirable: Mobile plant experience would be beneficial
• Desirable: Reversing assistant experience

Responsabilidades

• Operate the necessary plant equipment involved in the handling, sorting and transferring of waste
• Ensuring the yard area is kept clean and tidy
• Marshalling vehicle movement around the site at busy times
• Assisting the Operations Manager in day to day running of site operations
