Job summary

Biffa is seeking a Transfer Station Manager to lead site operations, ensure Health & Safety and environmental compliance, and maintain high standards of customer service. You will drive continuous improvement, manage growth strategies for facilities, and control the full P&L to support profitability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, negotiation with suppliers, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships with senior management and regional teams.

Qualifications

• COTC and IOSH Certificate required.
