Job summary

Capital Tax Recruitment is recruiting an experienced transfer pricing specialist for its London team at Manager level. You'll lead client engagements from design to delivery across cross-border matters for a varied portfolio including private businesses, listed groups, and inbound multinationals.

You'll work with colleagues across the tax practice, shape engagement delivery, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development while based in London.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding in transfer pricing with current knowledge.
• Ability to manage client engagements end-to-end and mentor juniors.
• Strong communication and commercial judgement across diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, well-argued transfer pricing work for a varied client base.
• Run client engagements from start to finish and ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage in-house tools and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Serve as a trusted client contact with professional, commercial approach.
• Collaborate with tax and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support and develop junior team members and contribute to BD activities.
• Contribute to firm initiatives, including knowledge sharing and recruitment.
