Job summary

PwC in the UK is expanding its Financial Services Operational Transfer Pricing team, seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end TP processes and drive innovative solutions. You will work closely with UK leadership to embed governance, optimize TP operations and leverage technology across ERP platforms.

The role requires a background in advising on TP implementations within a public practice setting and familiarity with major ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on implementing innovative Operational Transfer Pricing solutions.
• Senior manager or equivalent in a public practice environment.
• Understanding of best-in-class Operational Transfer Pricing operations and ability to observe client issues.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse portfolio of financial services clients to solve TP challenges.
• Identify opportunities to add bespoke ERP/TP tooling.
• Lead TP aspects of company-wide transformation programmes.
• Mentor junior team members and develop the OpTP team.
• Drive innovation with cutting-edge technologies and thought leadership.
• Engage in stakeholder management to build client trust.
