Job summary

PwC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager to join our OpTP and CbCR team. You will collaborate with financial services clients to tackle transfer pricing challenges, design and implement efficient CbCR processes, and contribute to broader tax and finance transformation initiatives.

You will mentor junior colleagues, manage multiple projects and ensure delivery with OECD guidelines and UK legislation. A strong communicator with cross-functional skills will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing transfer pricing and CbCR processes.
• Knowledge of UK transfer pricing legislation including DPT.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with financial services clients to address TP challenges and implement improvements.
• Prepare and review Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR) in line with OECD guidelines.
• Contribute to transformation programmes integrating TP into broader tax/finance workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and support their development in Operational TP.
• Engage stakeholders to build trust and deliver client satisfaction.
