Job summary

ICAEW is seeking a Manager for the OpTP and CbCR team to lead transfer pricing initiatives within financial services, drive process improvements, and ensure OECD-compliant reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, governance, and systems integration.

You will mentor junior colleagues, manage multiple projects, and apply strong communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences. ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in examining, challenging and redesigning tax and financial processes.
• Experience designing and implementing transfer pricing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse portfolio of financial services clients to address operational transfer pricing challenges, including process improvements, governance frameworks, and financial system implementations.
• Prepare and review Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR), ensuring compliance with OECD guidelines and local legislative requirements.
• Contribute to company-wide transformation programmes, integrating transfer pricing into broader tax or finance workflows.
• Support junior team members by mentoring and helping to develop their Operational TP expertise.
• Engage in stakeholder management to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction.
