ICAEW is expanding its Financial Services Sector Operational Transfer Pricing (OpTP) team in the UK and seeks a Senior Manager to shape innovative TP processes, governance, and technology-enabled solutions. You will work with the UK OpTP Leadership team to deliver sustainable TP operations and client-focused outcomes.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, driving transformation programmes, and leveraging ERP and analytics tools to enhance TP capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience advising on the implementation of innovative Operational Transfer Pricing solutions.
Experience in public practice at a senior manager or equivalent capacity.
Understanding of best-in-class Operational Transfer Pricing operations.
Experience with major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
Working knowledge of automation tech (Alteryx, PowerApps, Power BI).
Knowledge of UK TP legislation and overseas regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

Work with a diverse portfolio of financial services clients to solve operational TP challenges, including governance frameworks and system implementations.
Identify opportunities to augment ERP TP capabilities with bespoke technology tools.
Lead TP aspects of company-wide transformation programmes, integrating TP inputs into wider finance workflows.
Mentor junior team members and develop the OpTP team's capabilities.
Drive innovation by exploring cutting-edge technologies and providing thought leadership.
Engage in stakeholder management to maintain client trust.
