Job summary

SMBC Group in London is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Assistant Vice President to provide technical leadership and project management across a portfolio of transfer pricing initiatives, ensuring compliant documentation and governance. Qualifications

• Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS initiatives.
• Experience with global transfer pricing documentation requirements.
• Strong analytical capabilities including benchmarking analysis and financial modelling.
• Project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical transfer pricing advice to business units and finance teams.
• Evaluate and recommend transfer pricing methodologies per OECD guidelines.
• Support business projects and operating model changes from a TP perspective.
• Assess TP implications of cross-border services and intragroup transactions.
• Support implementation and maintenance of the EMEA Transfer Pricing Policy.
• Review and approve Transfer Pricing Operational Forms and related documentation.
• Ensure TP positions are supported by agreements, calculations and evidence.
• Champion TP governance initiatives and policy updates.
