Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is seeking a Transfer Pricing Associate to help private, mid-market and large businesses navigate TP requirements and related tax considerations. You will support end-to-end TP projects, from design through documentation and compliance, while building strong client relationships.

You will perform economic and benchmarking analysis, prepare TP documentation, and manage your own workload in a collaborative, inclusive environment with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum criteria: a degree (or equivalent) and either a professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, ATII or equivalent) or working towards one.
• Interest in transfer pricing and a solid understanding of UK tax.
• Experience in transfer pricing is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transfer pricing projects for new and existing clients, working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Carry out economic and benchmarking analysis and prepare transfer pricing documentation, policies and compliance deliverables.
• Manage your own workload so that work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Share ideas and insights that help us improve how we deliver our work.
• Continue to invest in your own development, including working to achieve objectives across the scorecard and obtaining regular feedback.
• Act with integrity and in line with our organisational values.
