Grant Thornton UK is seeking an Associate Director to lead a skilled Transfer Pricing team, delivering high‑quality advice to multinational clients. You will mentor staff, manage complex engagements and help shape client strategies across industries.

The role emphasises business development, project leadership, and maintaining strong client relationships while upholding the firm’s values and integrity. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• ACA, CTA or ATT qualification with demonstrable experience at Manager level or above.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of tax specialists and professionals.

Responsabilités

• Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of tax specialists and coaching team members.
• Implement business plans and generate new business opportunities for the firm.
• Build and manage internal and external networks to win fee opportunities and support pitches.
• Lead on assignments where appropriate or support Directors/Partners in this role.
• Manage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships with strong service delivery.
• Invest in personal development and achieve objectives across scorecards.
• Act with integrity and in line with the firm's values.
