The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Associate Director to join a high-performing team. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll manage complex projects, lead strategic initiatives, and mentor junior team members. You’ll play a key part in shaping transfer pricing strategies and delivering outstanding solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day aspects of a client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead complex functional analysis interviews and apply transfer pricing principles to challenging scenarios.
  • Drive improvements in overall profit through effective use of technology, pricing strategies, and resource management.
  • Successfully manage transfer pricing projects from business development through to delivery.
  • Mentor and upskill junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualification (or Economist with postgraduate credentials).
  • Proven experience in:
    • Transfer Pricing policy design and planning.
    • Multi-jurisdictional documentation projects.
    • Managing and leading successful teams.
    • Transfer Pricing controversy, including APAs and MAPs.
  • Ideally, experience in Thin Capitalization projects and Financial Services, particularly in Transfer Pricing of debt.
  • Strong client relationship-building skills and excellent people management abilities.
