We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transaction Services team in London, responsible for providing clients with first-class service in end-to-end financial due diligence, financial modelling, and reporting accountant engagements. Our diverse clients come from various industry sectors.

As Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects and reporting on small to medium-sized engagements
• Serving as the primary contact for clients during assignments
• Preparing budgets, managing WIP, and negotiating fees
• Delegating tasks and overseeing junior staff, reviewing their work
• Preparing pitch documents
• Driving business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Chartered Accountant or Corporate Finance Diploma)
• At least 3 years of Transaction Services experience within professional services or boutique practices
• Experience in financial due diligence across various sectors
• Experience in business development, including relationship building and proposal presentation
• Ability to develop industry contacts and willingness to expand network
• Understanding of managing diverse teams and overcoming potential issues
