You’ll be a Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director, working independently and with support from other senior leaders to develop and grow the Transaction Services within Corporate Finance, as well as mentoring team members. You should have extensive experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity, or vendors, and sector knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and managing the Corporate Finance team alongside other Directors and Partners.
• Project managing large Corporate Finance engagements, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring timely delivery, including managing other service lines.
• Leading the development of existing and new service practices.
• Building strong, sustainable client relationships based on trust and rapport, owning client projects and relationships.
• Having a thorough understanding of clients’ industries and businesses.

You’ll need:

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) or relevant work experience.
• Significant experience in a corporate finance role.
• A successful track record in business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• For Capital Markets transactions, a good understanding of relevant legislation.
