Transactions Services Associate Director

London based - Hybrid

My client, one of the premier consultancies in the world, is looking for a highly talented Transactions Services Associate Director to join their London office. As part of the transactions team, you will collaborate with organizations of all sizes across a broad range of Mergers and Acquisitions activities.

What will you be doing?

• Utilize your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with various clients or sector-specific clients.
• Interpret data, generate insights, and develop solutions for clients using your analytical skills.
• Manage costs, reporting, monitor recovery rates against budgets, and handle invoicing.
• Deliver large sections or full work streams from end-to-end, adding value by collaborating with other business areas to become a trusted adviser.
• Produce robust financial analyses and review team work to ensure quality.
• Serve as a key contact for clients and advisors on a daily basis.

What will you need to do it?

• Strong commercial experience in a similar blue-chip consultancy.
• Ability to lead and operate within high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify deal implications of due diligence findings and derive clear recommendations.
• Provide advice and insights directly to clients, demonstrating technical expertise.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and re-planning accordingly.
• Effective project management skills for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing upwards and reviewing outputs for consistency and quality.
• Strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACA or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• £5,500 car allowance (can be taken as cash on top of salary).
