Transactions Services Assistant Director

London based - Hybrid

Our client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Transactions Services Associate Director to join their London office. The role involves collaborating with organizations of various sizes across a broad spectrum of Mergers and Acquisitions activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Utilizing your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to serve a diverse client base
• Interpreting data, generating insights, and devising solutions for clients
• Managing costs, reporting, monitoring recovery rates against budgets, and invoicing
• Leading significant work streams from start to finish, adding value through collaboration and advisory services
• Producing detailed financial analyses and reviewing team outputs
• Acting as a primary contact for clients and advisors on a daily basis

Qualifications and skills required:

• Extensive commercial experience in a reputable consultancy
• Proven ability to lead and operate within high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
• Capability to analyze due diligence findings and provide strategic recommendations
• Strong client advisory skills with technical expertise
• Adaptability to changing project requirements
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing upwards and quality reviewing
• Financial qualification such as ACA or equivalent
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
