Job summary

Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Transactional Finance Transformation Manager to lead the design, implementation and improvement of AP/AR operating models within the accounts team of an established catering and food service company.

The role focuses on outsourcing governance, system implementations, and data-driven improvements across transactional finance processes to drive efficiency and control.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Transactional Finance, Shared Services or Finance Operations.
• Proven success leading AP and AR transformation, process optimisation and operating model improvements.
• Exposure to Shared Service Centre and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Experience supporting system implementations, business acquisitions, integrations or organisational change programmes.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is desired

Our client, an established catering and food service company, is currently recruiting a Transactional Finance Transformation Manager to join their Accounts team.
