Transactional Finance Assistant

We are Sosandar, based in Wilmslow, Cheshire. We are one of the UK’s fastest-growing online fashion brands for chic and stylish women, worn by celebs and influencers. We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team.

This is what you'll do:

  • Manage accounts payable: process all payable invoices through software and into the finance system, with proper coding.
  • Verify stock invoices against POs and resolve variances with buying & merchandising teams.
  • Process concession self-bills and reconcile with sales reports.
  • Create wholesale sales invoices.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on late payments.
  • Provide remittances to suppliers upon request.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs and provide variance analysis to the Finance Manager, then set up payments in the bank for approval.
  • Reconcile all bank receipts and payments.
  • Verify bank details with suppliers over the phone.
  • Process employee expenses (credit card and reimbursed) with appropriate approvals.
  • Reconcile petty cash.
