BDO UK is seeking a Transaction Services Executive to join our advisory team in the UK. You will assist in delivering financial due diligence and related services to corporate and financial buyers, with responsibility for smaller on-site projects and guiding junior staff.

You’ll bring ACA/ACCA or equivalent, plus relevant Transaction Services experience, and you’ll work in a collaborative environment that values agile working and professional development.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Experience in Transaction Services or related disciplines is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel is expected.

Responsabilités

• Assist in timely delivery of Transaction Services projects.
• Supervise and develop junior staff on smaller on-site projects.
• Contribute to project administration, engagement letters and budgets.
• Monitor information flow and manage project timelines and budgets.
