Job summary

Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants is seeking an experienced Transaction Services professional to join the Advisory team. You will lead financial due diligence engagements on buy-side and sell-side mandates, working closely with corporates, owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and lenders across the South West and West Midlands.

In this role you will work directly with Partners, shape the team’s direction, mentor junior colleagues and help expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced in leading and delivering due diligence assignments.
• Proven ability to act as primary client contact and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, identify issues and add value for clients.
• Support development of Transaction Services proposition and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver due diligence assignments to high standards, on time and within budget.
• Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage multiple projects, spot issues and add value for clients.
• Support growth of Transaction Services across South West and Midlands.
• Contribute to business development and tender submissions.
• Foster relationships with new and existing clients to cross-sell services.
• Coach and develop junior team members with feedback and reviews.
• Collaborate across Partners, Directors and colleagues for integrated client solutions.
• Share technical knowledge as a Corporate Finance specialist.
