BDO is seeking a Director/Associate Director to independently develop and grow the Transaction Services practice within Corporate Finance in the UK. You will work with senior management and partners to deliver due diligence and advisory services for acquisitions, sell-sides, and capital markets events.

• Experience in corporate finance with due diligence for strategic buyers, private equity, financial buyers and vendors.
• Management experience overseeing cross-functional teams and multiple service lines.
• Strong project management skills and delivery to strict timelines.
