BDO UK is seeking a Transaction Services Executive to support the timely delivery of financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors. You will work closely with our advisory team to assist in fieldwork, manage small on-site teams, and help ensure timely project delivery within budgets and deadlines.

You will have ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with capital markets

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification or relevant work experience.
• Experience of working within Transaction Services or related disciplines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• For Capital Markets transactions, a working knowledge of the relevant legislation.

Responsabilités

• Support transaction services projects and the teams in the performance of hands on fieldwork.
• Manage smaller on site project teams, including briefing, supervising and developing junior staff.
• Manage smaller projects or aspects of larger projects.
• Project administration, including engagement letters, information requests, timetable and budgets.
