Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Director/Associate Director to independently develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, working with other senior leaders to deliver high‑quality due diligence for acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

You will bring a strong corporate finance background, management experience, and project delivery excellence, with ACA/ACCA or overseas equivalent.

Qualifications

Experience in corporate finance departments.
Previous management experience.
Strong project management with delivery to timelines.
Good understanding of financial due diligence for buyers/sellers and reporting accountant’s work.
Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation.
Experience delivering transaction outcomes through data-driven insights and commercial acumen.
Experience developing new business relationships, marketing and proposals.
ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance.
Support a range of clients with due diligence for acquisitions, sales processes and capital markets transactions.
Lead and mentor team members and collaborate with Directors and Partners.
Develop sector knowledge and build relationships with potential buyers and vendors.
