Job summary

Clyde & Co in London seeks a Transactional Executive to support the Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance team with word processing and document production at high volume. You will establish robust templates, manage formatting and drafting standards, and assist lawyers and business services with live transactions, ensuring accuracy, client-ready sets and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting document production, legal or transactional teams.
Expertise in Word document formatting, styles, numbering and cross-references.
Attention to detail with ability to manage large transaction document sets under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Create, format and maintain high-quality transaction documents based on LMA and market forms.
Establish and maintain template documents, styles and precedent materials for the team.
Assist with document setup, numbering, cross-references, tables and schedules.
Maintain records of template updates, versions and formatting standards.
Provide guidance on document templates, styles and drafting conventions.
Support live financing transactions with document mark-ups and version control.
Deliver professional service to internal stakeholders on complex transactions.
