Job summary

Goldman Sachs in London is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to support onboarding and integration of Prime Brokerage and related services. You will coordinate with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Operations to manage onboarding workstreams from mandate to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and risk-aware decisions.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and the ability to identify process improvements that enhance client experience and efficiency across the onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience in Prime Brokerage or related capital markets onboarding.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key onboarding partner for Prime Brokerage clients, supporting onboarding activities throughout the lifecycle from mandate through go-live.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Legal, Credit, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Engineering, and Front Office teams.
• Manage onboarding deliverables, timelines, and escalations while ensuring key milestones and client commitments are achieved.
• Support onboarding decisions through effective communication, risk awareness, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Sales and Coverage teams to support business growth, client onboarding, and expansion opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve scalability, and enhance the client onboarding experience.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on operating model enhancements, process optimization, controls, capacity management, and automation.
• Utilize data and business metrics to identify trends, support continuous improvement efforts, and provide management reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the broader NBG function to support team objectives and priorities.
• Ensure onboarding activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, firm policies, and control frameworks.
• Escalate onboarding risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately while supporting governance and control processes.
