Goldman Sachs in London is seeking a Senior Associate to support the launch and controlled growth of the correspondent banking service. You will act as the client-facing owner for complex payment and account-servicing matters, ensuring readiness and scalable processes across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transaction banking, cash management, payment operations or financial institution client service.
• Prior experience supporting correspondent banking and servicing bank or financial institution clients.
• Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments, investigations and exception management.
• Proven record of service excellence with proactive communication and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own complex payment and account-servicing matters end to end and drive readiness decisions.
• Manage strategic client relationships and resolve escalations to ensure excellent client experience.
• Resolve payments, accounts, liquidity and servicing issues accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance and Operations to translate requirements into processes and controls.
