Job summary

Lorien in Edinburgh is seeking two experienced Training Support Managers for a 6-month contract to back a large-scale digital transformation programme focused on implementing new business processes and technology across a complex organisation. The role is hybrid, with 2 days on site per week.

You will design, develop and maintain training materials across formats, deliver sessions to diverse stakeholders, work with Change, Project and Business Analysis teams to drive user readiness and adoption,

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering training solutions in multiple formats.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology, business change or transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong written and digital communication abilities.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and driving user adoption.
