Harvey Nash Plc is seeking a Training Support Manager on a 6 month contract (Inside IR35) for hybrid work in Edinburgh (2 days per week on-site). The role supports the CMS training within CIP, delivering creative training communications and multimedia materials to diverse audiences. ASAP start, day rate £DOE.
The candidate will work with CIP delivery and Business Analysts to coordinate training, awareness and business process activity, measuring uptake and engagement in line with requirements.

About the Role:
Harvey Nash's Pub Sec client is looking for a Training Support Manager to work on the ongoing Correspondence Management System (CMS) project within the Correspondence Improvement Project (CIP). CIP aims to modernise and improve the way correspondence is managed across the business and partner organisations. A key outcome of this project is to support more consistent processes, improved transparency and reporting, and a more sustainable service model for handling correspondence, including Freedom of Information requests (FOIs), Parliamentary Questions and Ministerial and general correspondence
