Job Description Summary
The Training and Early Careers Department at GE Aerospace Wales is looking for a dynamic and passionate Training Specialist to lead the development of the next generation of people leaders. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, as you will design leadership development pathways and facilitate engaging training sessions across all levels of the organisation within the highly regulated Aerospace Industry.
This position is ideal for someone enthusiastic about people development, learning, and driving organisational growth.
