Job summary

Capita at HMS Sultan in Portsmouth is seeking a QA and training effectiveness analyst on a full-time FTC until March 2027. You will gather trainee feedback, assess instructor performance, and support quality monitoring using JSP 822 DSAT standards.

The role requires coordinating records, reporting and contributing to quality improvement while ensuring safety and environment procedures are followed. Eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the education sector.

• Experience in QA would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-course discussions with trainees to gather feedback and assess training effectiveness.
• Observe lessons and assess instructors to ensure training aligns with JSP 822 DSAT standards.
• Provide QA and internal validation across training courses and modules.
• Maintain accurate assessment records, data and reporting systems for quality monitoring.
• Identify trends and contribute to quality improvement plans.
• Support health, safety and environmental procedures at all times.
