Job Overview

One of the UK’s most inspiring and well-known faith-based organizations is seeking a passionate and meticulous Training Programme Facilitator to join the team at Hadleigh Training Centre, Essex.

Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities for adults with additional support needs. Currently, approximately [number] trainees attend, following personalized pathways to meet various outcomes. All training aims to maximize progression opportunities, whether in vocational skills or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality training activities for all trainees, using a person-centered approach that emphasizes each trainee’s strengths and opportunities to increase independence.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on each trainee’s engagement and progression towards their goals, including feedback on existing strategies within individual learning support plans and suggesting necessary changes.
Candidate Requirements
  • A passion for delivering high-level training programs that transform lives, with prior successful experience in a learning environment.
  • Awareness of barriers faced by adults with additional support needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships and build trust.
  • Ability to identify diverse approaches for planning and delivering training tailored to individual needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements such as health and safety, data protection, safeguarding, equality, and diversity.
