We are seeking an inspirational, qualified trainer/practitioner with experience and knowledge of health and social care provision and management theory. The role involves developing and delivering training to our enthusiastic staff teams. This is a key position within our staff development team, based at our vibrant Stockport Head Office.
In collaboration with the Head of Engagement & Learning, the Training Manager, and other key personnel, you will develop and participate in employee learning and development programmes related to service provision. Your responsibilities include developing and delivering staff education, skills enhancement, and development opportunities aligned with Care Quality Commission standards, Skills for Health, Skills for Care, national occupational standards, and NICE guidelines.
As part of a fast-paced team and as a self-directed practitioner, you will inspire and develop initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the national health and social care workforce.
