Job summary

Transport Consultancy Wales Ltd is seeking a Training Instructor to deliver both classroom and practical training across Wales, including at the Cross Hands centre and customer sites. You’ll help learners gain recognised qualifications and develop essential skills in a growing training environment.

We welcome applicants with Level 3 EDU&T, RTITB/NPORS instructor qualifications, and Transport Manager CPC; a positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

TC Wales is growing, and we’re looking for a new Training Instructor to join our team!

With our range of training courses and customer base continuing to expand, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing business and help us deliver high-quality training across Wales.

What we're looking for:

• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
• RTITB and/or NPORS Instructor qualifications
• Transport Manager CPC holder – an advantage
• Experience delivering practical and classroom-based training
• A positive attitude, good communication skills and a passion for developing others

The Role

You’ll be delivering training and assessments across a range of industries, helping learners gain recognised qualifications and develop the skills they need to work safely and effectively.

The role will involve a mixture of classroom-based and practical training, both at our Cross Hands training centre and at customer sites.
