Job summary

Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Training Officer to support the development of our Catering Services workforce. You will plan, coordinate and deliver mandatory and role-specific training, ensuring compliance with statutory and Council requirements.

• Experience delivering face-to-face training.
• Ability to travel between sites.
• Planning, coordinating and delivering mandatory and role-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff remain compliant with statutory, legislative and Council requirements.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and support audits and inspections.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff.
