Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Development Chef to join our education sector catering team. You will focus on high quality food development, creating new recipes for pupils and staff, and working with site teams to ensure our Fresh Food Policy is delivered.

You will coach and train on-site teams, work with purchasing and pricing, and support new business and client retention. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential; an enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained.

Qualifications

• Experience in the education sector with development in this area.
• Excellent presentation, planning and time management.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build recipes suitable for the client and company needs.
• Coach and train local on-site teams as required.
• Work with operations, purchasing and pricing remit.
