Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Ebbw Vale site. You will deliver inductions, support digital learning, and help colleagues develop their skills to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

You will manage training records, coordinate refresher sessions, and collaborate with site teams to identify learning needs and provide engaging materials and blended resources. A strong emphasis on Food Safety training and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Experience or awareness of Learning & Development within a business.
• Confidence delivering presentations or training sessions.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems or digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and informative inductions to all new starters before their first shift.
• Ensure every colleague has the knowledge, confidence and support they need from day one.
• Deliver Food Safety Level 2 and Safety Hour training.
• Track induction completion and manage onboarding journey.
• Coordinate refresher training to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Identify training needs by analysing performance data with managers and trainers.
• Highlight training gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Research external training providers and development opportunities.
• Create engaging learning materials and blended learning resources.
• Maintain accurate training records across multiple factory areas.
• Be a key contact for colleagues using CompleatLearning and Redzone and support system adoption.
• Collaborate with operational teams, site trainers and colleagues across the business.
