Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Learning & Skills Ops Coordinator for Sizewell C in Suffolk. The role is office-based with frequent site travel, supporting learning delivery at site level and liaising with central teams.

The successful candidate will act as the primary on-site contact for learners and instructors, coordinate delivery logistics, and ensure a responsive learner experience on a fast-paced nuclear programme. Security vetting applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a learning, training or skills development support role, ideally within a regulated or compliance-based environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams with differing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, with particular strength in engaging face-to-face on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for learners, instructors and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and oversee learning delivery activity to ensure smooth on-site execution
• Provide on-the-day assistance to facilitators and learners and resolve delivery issues
• Engage with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a joined-up learner experience
