Job summary

Pret Foundation is seeking a trained and passionate Training and Delivery Lead to design, deliver and scale employability, skills and progression programmes, creating a national talent pipeline that connects untapped talent to sustainable hospitality careers.

You will develop a best-in-class employability model, partnering with employers, government, training providers and charities to establish clear pathways from unemployment into work while supporting Rising Stars.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes.
• Experience creating learning materials and facilitation guides.
• Experience working with diverse participants, including disadvantaged groups.
• Experience building relationships with employers, partners and stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring engagement and improving programme quality.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational abilities.
• Passion for creating opportunities for people facing barriers.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver The Pret Foundation’s flagship employability programme from referral to employment.
• Develop content covering work readiness, hospitality skills, confidence and wellbeing.
• Lead enterprise initiatives to progress participants beyond entry level.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and adapt to various learning styles.
• Coordinate participant remuneration and ensure policy-aligned processing.
