Job summary

Pret Foundation is seeking a Training and Delivery Lead to design, deliver and scale its employability, skills and progression programmes across the UK. You’ll build a national talent pipeline connecting untapped talent to sustainable hospitality careers.

You will develop a best-in-class employability model, coordinating with employers, training providers and partners to create pathways from unemployment to work. Hybrid working and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes.
• Experience creating learning materials and facilitation guides.
• Experience working with diverse groups, including those facing barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver The Pret Foundation’s flagship employability programme from referral through training, placement and employment.
• Develop training content covering work readiness, hospitality skills, confidence and workplace behaviours.
• Lead enterprise initiatives to help participants progress beyond entry-level employment.
